Viacom is home to some of the most iconic, culture-driving brands including MTV, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, VH1, BET, and more. From organizing social calendars, to writing post copy, to ideating audience-specific content series directing projects on set, working on a global entertainment brand allowed me to grow my social and content strategy and copywriting skills to a new level. Going up
What: Going Up is an upbeat social video series that highlights Viacom’s culture through the lens of their own employees.
Why: Going Up is intended to attract prospective employees and retain top talent by celebrating the company’s internal culture and sharing what it’s really like to work within the walls of Viacom.
NICKELODEON CONSUMER PRODUCTS
What: To bring the story of Viacom Nickelodeon’s unique consumer products to life, we created a series of social videos that celebrate the people who creates the products themselves.
Why: Providing a behind-the-scenes look at how some of the most exciting, fan-loved products are made reinforces the passion Viacom’s audiences have for their IP and highlights the creative job roles available.
BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE BET AWARDS
What: We went behind-the-scenes of the BET Awards, the biggest event for African Americans that celebrates minorities in music, acting, sports and entertainment, to give an exclusive look at how Viacom brings their tentpole events to life.
Why: The #ViacomBTS series is intended to shine a light on the hard work and dedication Viacom puts towards creating content for their fans while also showcasing the incredible job opportunities available.
